Our Southern Vietnam Expedition begins with ....
... time to recover after arrival, two nights in Ho Chi Minh City. On the following day, you can start with a full day exploring Ho Chi Minh City covering the Jade Emperor Pagoda, Ben Thanh Market, the War Remnants Museum, the Reunification Palace – anything that takes your fancy and time permits. Alternatively, you can drive to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels - a famous Vietnam War Site.

Three days in the Mekong Delta

The main centre will be Vinh Long – it's good for all the main elements of the distinct Mekong culture – cottage industries, orchards, floating market and so on

After a night in Can Tho, and a quick breakfast in the following morning you catch the liveliest Cai Rang floating market: It's at its best in the early morning.

 

 

and two days on the island beach
Next comes a drive to Rach Gia to board a speed boat to Phu Quoc Island with time to relax. The following two days are free, the sand is white and soft and the water is warm and clear.

Time to leave!
Unless you have an early flight, you'll have time for relaxing until your car arrives to take you to the airport for a flight to Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh City to connect with your international departure flight.
